Bring 250 ml of water to a boil, then pour into a mug.
Add a black tea bag and let it steep for 3-5 minutes, then remove.
Add a tablespoon of honey and stir until completely dissolved.
Pour in two tablespoons of caramel syrup and mix well.
If desired, add a little milk for a creamier texture.
Sprinkle the top with a pinch of cinnamon for garnish.
Serve immediately to enjoy the tea fresh and warming.
