In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add the cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom, grated ginger, and nutmeg.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3-4 minutes, allowing the spices to release their aromas.
Add the black tea bag and steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on your preferred tea strength.
Meanwhile, heat the milk in a separate saucepan, being careful not to boil it. For a frothy latte, whisk the milk with a frother.
Remove the tea bag and spices from the tea. Stir in the vanilla extract and honey.
Pour the spiced tea into a mug, then gently add the warm milk and stir to combine.
Before serving, sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon and drizzle a little honey on top for garnish.
