Slowly add the heavy cream, mixing until you achieve a creamy, easily moldable purée. If desired, add powdered sugar to taste.
For serving, place the purée on a dessert plate or in a glass. You can use a spoon or a piping bag to shape it.
Sprinkle with ground walnuts and drizzle with a little extra honey for garnish, if desired.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate to allow the flavors to meld.
