Pour in the apple cider vinegar and simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Add the honey, fresh lemon juice, and lemon zest, and stir thoroughly.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, then cook for another 2 minutes.
Let it cool slightly, then serve with grilled meats, grilled vegetables, or burgers.
