Thinly slice the tomatoes and red onion. Prepare the iceberg lettuce leaves.
Assemble the burgers: place lettuce on the bottom bun, followed by the cooked patty, sliced tomatoes, and red onion. Drizzle generously with the honey-mustard sauce, and top with the other half of the bun.
