Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
Finely grind the rolled oats. In a bowl, combine the ground oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In a separate bowl, cream together the eggs, granulated sugar, and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the melted butter and honey, and mix well.
Gradually add the dry ingredients and milk alternately to the wet ingredients, mixing continuously until a smooth batter forms.
Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, carefully invert the cake onto a wire rack and let it cool completely.
Dust the Bundt cake with powdered sugar and serve sliced.
