Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine the ground walnuts, sugar, and cinnamon.
Lay out the strudel sheets on a clean kitchen towel and brush them with melted butter.
Sprinkle the nut mixture evenly over the dough and drizzle with honey.
Carefully roll up the strudel using the kitchen towel and transfer it to the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the top of the strudel with melted butter and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let the strudel cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar and serving.
