Add the honey, cinnamon stick, and a pinch of nutmeg. Stir to combine and let the flavors meld for about 5 minutes.
Stir in the vanilla extract until well combined.
Allow the cider to warm for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to further infuse.
Strain the cider to remove the cinnamon stick, then divide into glasses.
Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and a fresh vanilla bean for a visually appealing presentation.
