Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, and honey until light and fluffy.
Sift in the flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt, and the ground walnuts. Gently fold everything together, being careful not to deflate the batter.
Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly into a thin layer.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. While still warm, invert the cake onto a clean kitchen towel and carefully roll it up.
Let the rolled cake cool completely to prevent cracking later.
Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently unroll the cake and spread the whipped cream evenly over the surface.
Carefully roll the cake back up, dust with powdered sugar, and drizzle with a little honey on top.
