Thoroughly wash the mint leaves, cilantro leaves, and green chili, then roughly chop them.
In a blender, combine the mint leaves, cilantro, green chili, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
Add the mint mixture to the yogurt and mix well until evenly combined.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve with fresh vegetables, grilled meats, or Indian dishes.
