Clean and dice the vegetables (carrots, celery, zucchini, tomatoes, and onion).
Heat olive oil in a large pot, add the onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
Add the carrots and celery and sauté for a few minutes.
Stir in the zucchini and tomatoes, then pour in the vegetable broth and tomato sauce.
Add the cooked cannellini beans, season with salt, pepper, basil, and oregano. Simmer over low heat until the vegetables are tender.
Before serving, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
