1 Zucchini
2 Tomatoes
1 Onion
2 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Olive Oil
200 g Cannellini Beans (cooked or canned)
400 ml Tomato Sauce
1 liter Vegetable Broth
1 tsp Salt
0.5 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Basil
1 tsp Oregano
50 g Grated Parmesan Cheese
