Peel and finely chop the onion.
Peel and mince the garlic clove.
In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped jalapeños, lime juice, chopped onion, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Mix well to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve the salsa with tortilla chips, grilled meats, or salads.
