1 tsp Sugar
30 ml Olive Oil
500 g Flour
10 g Salt
1 tsp Wasabi Powder
50 g Sesame Seeds
20 ml Olive Oil (for greasing)

    First, prepare the yeast: in a bowl, combine the warm water and sugar, then crumble in the yeast. Let it stand for 10 minutes until foamy.

    Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and wasabi powder. When the yeast is foamy, add the olive oil and pour it into the flour mixture. Mix well, then knead until a smooth dough forms.
