Jianbing Chinese crepe served

Jianbing

Jianbing is a traditional Chinese street food, often enjoyed for breakfast. The crepe is cooked thin and then filled with eggs, herbs, and a crispy filling. Its origins can be traced back to the centuries-old Chinese markets, where it served as a quick and tasty breakfast dish. One of the secrets to Jianbing is the right consistency of the batter and the perfect cooking technique, which ensures the desired crispy exterior and soft interior. The taste of a freshly cooked Jianbing, with the combination of hoisin sauce and spicy flavors, offers a true culinary experience.
