Add the coriander, cumin, cinnamon, Hungarian sweet paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until you have a well-spiced mixture.
Shape the mixture into elongated sausage shapes and thread them onto skewers. If you don't have skewers, you can also make flat patties.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the Kafta for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve hot with fresh pita bread, yogurt sauce, salad, or roasted vegetables.
