Warm the milk slightly and stir in the granulated sugar until dissolved. Crumble in the fresh yeast and let it proof for about 5-10 minutes, or until foamy.
Sift the flour into a large bowl, add the salt, egg, melted butter, and the proofed yeast mixture. Knead until a smooth dough forms.
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle, about 1 cm thick. Sprinkle evenly with cocoa powder and powdered sugar, then drizzle with melted butter.
Tightly roll up the dough into a log, then cut into slices about 2-3 cm thick to create the swirl buns.
Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them rest for another 15 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let the buns cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
