In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, rice flour, baking powder, cardamom, and brown sugar.
Add the mashed banana and milk, then mix until smooth.
Pour in the oil and mix until you get a homogeneous, thick batter.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet and shape it into a thick pancake.
Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Remove from the skillet and let it cool slightly.
Serve with honey, butter, or enjoy on its own with a cup of tea.
