In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, squeezed bulgur, finely chopped onion, fresh parsley, and mint.
Add the ground cumin, cinnamon, allspice, salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice. Knead the mixture well until it is smooth and consistent.
Place the mixture on a shallow serving dish and spread it into an even layer using your hands. Use the back of a spoon to create decorative indentations.
Before serving, drizzle with a little extra olive oil and garnish with mint leaves.
