500 g Ground Turkey
100 g Breadcrumbs
100 ml Milk
1 Egg
2 cloves Garlic
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Black Pepper
2 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Oil
100 ml Heavy Cream
200 ml Beef Broth
1 tbsp Mustard

    Preparation Steps

    Soak the breadcrumbs in milk and set aside.

    In a large bowl, combine the ground beef and ground turkey.
