Soak the breadcrumbs in milk and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef and ground turkey.
Add a beaten egg, salt, pepper, and the soaked breadcrumbs to the meat mixture.
Mince the garlic and add it to the meat mixture.
Thoroughly combine all the ingredients, then form small meatballs.
In a skillet, heat the oil and butter over medium heat. Fry the meatballs on all sides until nicely browned and cooked through.
Once the meatballs are cooked, transfer them to a plate. Use the remaining fat in the skillet to make the sauce.
Add the beef broth, heavy cream, and mustard to the skillet. Bring the sauce to a simmer and let it thicken slightly.
Pour the sauce over the meatballs and serve with boiled potatoes or rice.
