Preheat your oven to 482°F (250°C), or prepare a hot, dry skillet for cooking.
Roll out the dough very thinly and spread the meat and vegetable mixture evenly over the top.
Bake the lahmacun in the oven for 6-8 minutes, or in a skillet for 2-3 minutes, until the dough is crispy and the topping is cooked through.
When serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges for an even more flavorful experience.
