200 ml Water
10 g Yeast
5 g Salt
200 g Ground meat (lamb or beef)
2 Tomatoes
1 Bell pepper (red)
1 Onion
2 cloves Garlic
10 g Fresh parsley
5 g Spices (paprika, cumin, pepper)

    Prepare the dough: combine the flour, water, yeast, and salt. Knead until smooth and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
