In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb with the Hungarian sweet paprika, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly to form an even mixture.
Shape the mixture into four equal patties. Place them on a plate and let them rest for 10 minutes.
Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Brush both sides of the lamb patties with a little olive oil, then cook them for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
In the last minute of cooking, crumble the feta cheese over the top of the patties. Cover the skillet or grill so that the cheese melts slightly.
Meanwhile, halve the hamburger buns and toast them in a dry skillet or brushed with a little olive oil until golden brown on the inside.
Prepare the vegetables: slice the tomato and red onion into thin rings.
In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, and chopped mint leaves to create a fresh sauce.
Assemble the burgers: place lettuce leaves on the bottom bun, followed by the feta-topped lamb patty, tomato, and red onion. Spoon a little yogurt sauce over the top, then close with the top bun.
Serve immediately, preferably with french fries or a fresh salad. Tip: For an even more exciting flavor, sprinkle a few fresh pomegranate seeds into the burger!
