400 g Lamb meat (shoulder or leg)
4 Pita bread
150 g Greek yogurt
1 db Cucumber
2 db Tomato
1 db Red onion
2 cloves Garlic
30 ml Olive oil
20 ml Lemon juice
1 tsp Spice mix (oregano, thyme, cumin, Hungarian sweet paprika)
1 tsp Salt
0.5 tsp Black pepper
1 bunch Dill

    Slice the lamb into thin strips. In a bowl, combine the lamb with olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and the spice mix. Marinate for at least 1 hour.

    Meanwhile, prepare the tzatziki sauce: grate the cucumber, squeeze out the excess liquid, then mix it with the Greek yogurt, finely chopped garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
