Bring the water to a boil and add the chai tea bag. Let it steep for 4-5 minutes to enhance the flavor.
While the tea is steeping, warm the milk in a small saucepan. If you want to froth it, use a milk frother.
Once the tea is ready, remove the tea bag and add honey and a pinch of cinnamon.
Sprinkle a pinch of dried lavender on top of the tea to highlight the chai's spicy flavor.
Pour the warm milk into the spiced tea and mix well.
Serve in a glass and garnish with a little lavender or cinnamon. The drink is ready to be consumed immediately.
