In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil, then add the dried lavender flowers. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and let steep for 10 minutes.
Strain the lavender-infused water through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the flowers.
In a large pitcher, combine the lemon juice and sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Pour in the lavender-infused water and mix well. Taste and adjust the sweetness as needed.
Place ice cubes in glasses and pour the lavender lemonade over the ice.
Garnish with lemon slices and fresh lavender sprigs. Serve immediately.
