300 g Long-grain rice
400 g Ground pork or ground chicken
1 Onion
2 cloves Garlic
1 Bell pepper
2 Tomatoes
200 ml Sour cream
100 g Grated cheese
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Salt
0.5 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Hungarian Sweet Paprika
1 tsp Oregano (optional)

    Cook the rice in lightly salted water, then drain and set aside.

    Finely chop the onion and garlic. Dice the bell pepper and tomatoes.

    Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic until softened.

    Add the ground meat, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until browned.

    Sprinkle with Hungarian Sweet Paprika and oregano (if using). Add the bell pepper and tomatoes and simmer for another 5 minutes.
