Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan or kettle.
While the water is heating, halve the lemon. Squeeze the juice from one half and slice the other half into thin rounds.
Add the cloves and cinnamon stick to the boiling water and let simmer for 2-3 minutes to infuse the flavors.
Place the black tea bag in the water and let it steep for 3-5 minutes, or to your liking.
Remove the tea bag and stir in the freshly squeezed lemon juice, then add honey to taste.
Pour the tea into mugs and garnish with the lemon slices. Serve immediately to enjoy the fresh aroma of the spices and honey.
