Bring 500ml of water to a boil, then steep the black tea bags for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags.
Add honey or sugar to the hot tea and stir until completely dissolved.
Pour the tea into a large pitcher and let it cool to room temperature.
Stir in the lemon juice and cold water for a refreshing and citrusy iced tea.
Add ice cubes to the pitcher and mix well.
Serve in glasses, garnished with lemon slices and fresh mint.
