Bring 500 ml of water to a boil. Steep the black tea bag for 3-5 minutes, depending on your desired strength.
While the tea is steeping, slice the lemon into thin rounds.
Stir the honey into the brewed tea, then add the cinnamon stick and cloves. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Pour in the dark rum and stir well.
Serve in a heat-resistant glass, garnished with a lemon slice on top. Allow it to cool slightly before consuming to ensure a pleasant drinking temperature.
