Thoroughly wash the limes, then slice them into thin rounds.
Pour the apple cider into a medium saucepan and heat over medium heat.
Add the lime slices, cinnamon stick, and cloves to the saucepan.
Gently warm the cider, being careful not to boil it, to allow the flavors to meld. This should take about 10-15 minutes.
Stir in the honey until it is completely dissolved.
Add the fresh mint leaves and let the cider steep for another 2-3 minutes to allow the mint aroma to infuse.
Strain the cider to remove the spices, lime slices, and mint leaves.
Serve warm in heat-resistant glasses, garnished with a lime slice and fresh mint.
