In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, soy sauce, honey (or agave nectar), grated ginger, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.
Pour the marinade over the tofu cubes and gently toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the tofu cubes until golden brown on all sides (about 8-10 minutes).
Sprinkle the finished tofu with sesame seeds and chopped cilantro before serving. Serve fresh with steamed rice or a green salad.
