10 g Baking powder
50 g Sugar
1 pinch Salt
100 g Cold butter
1 Egg
100 ml Milk
2 Lime zest
2 tbsp Lime juice

    Prepare the ingredients. Zest the limes and squeeze out the juice.

    In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt.

    Dice the cold butter, add it to the flour mixture, and rub it in with your fingertips until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
