In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add the lukewarm water and olive oil, then knead until you have a smooth and elastic dough. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Divide the risen dough into two equal portions, then roll each portion into a thin circle. Place the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, and then top with sliced mozzarella cheese.
Preheat your oven to 480°F (250°C). Bake the pizza for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Before serving, sprinkle the pizza with fresh arugula and basil leaves, and drizzle with a touch of olive oil.
