Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough, then top with sliced mozzarella cheese. Grate the garlic over the cheese for an extra layer of flavor.
Preheat your oven to 482°F (250°C). Bake the pizza for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Before serving, garnish with fresh basil leaves and drizzle with a little olive oil.
