Squeeze out the excess water from the gelatin sheets and stir them into the hot cream mixture until completely dissolved.
Whisk the mascarpone cheese until smooth, then gradually add the cream mixture, whisking constantly to prevent lumps from forming.
Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to achieve a smooth texture, then pour it into elegant serving glasses or ramekins. Refrigerate until set (at least 3-4 hours).
Before serving, garnish with fresh berries such as blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries.
