Place the ground pork in a large bowl. Add the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
Shape the mixture into small meatballs. Place them on a plate and let them rest for 10 minutes.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs and brown them on all sides for 5-6 minutes, until golden brown.
Pour the tomato sauce into the skillet. Add a little water if the sauce is too thick. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and keep warm.
To serve, place the spaghetti on plates, spoon the meatballs and tomato sauce over the top, and garnish with fresh basil leaves. You can also sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
