500 g Ground meat (pork or beef)
50 g Breadcrumbs
1 Egg
1 db Onion
2 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 bunch Fresh Parsley
2 tbsp Olive Oil
250 g Jasmine Rice
500 ml Water
