300 g Tomatillos
10 g Fresh Cilantro
1 Green Chili Peppers (Jalapeño or Serrano)
1 Red Onion
2 cloves Garlic
30 ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
10 ml Olive Oil
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Black Pepper
