In a saucepan, combine honey, sugar, butter, and milk. Heat until the sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat, add the egg and baking soda, then mix until smooth.
Gradually add the flour and knead until a soft dough forms.
Divide the dough into four equal parts and roll each part into thin sheets.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 8-10 minutes, then let them cool completely.
For the cream, cook the milk and semolina over medium heat until thick, then let it cool.
Cream the butter with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually add the cooled semolina mixture and mix well.
Spread the cream and jam between the layers, stacking them on top of each other. Refrigerate for a few hours to soften the layers.
