2 tbsp Tahini (Sesame Paste)
4 Hamburger Buns (Pita or Brioche)
1 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro
1 Tomato
1 Red Onion
1 Cucumber
1 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 tsp Ground Cumin
0.5 tsp Ground Cinnamon (optional)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Olive Oil
