Halve the hamburger buns and toast the cut sides in a dry skillet for about 1 minute, or until lightly golden.
Spread the bottom bun with tahini sauce, then top with the iceberg lettuce and lamb patty.
Crumble feta cheese over the patty, then add the sliced onion, tomato, and cucumber. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
Drizzle with lemon juice, place the top bun on top, and serve immediately for the best flavor.
