250 g All-purpose flour
5 g Yeast
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
120 ml Warm water
50 ml Yogurt
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Coarse salt

    In a bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add the warm water and yogurt, then start kneading the dough. Knead until the dough is smooth and elastic.

    Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

    Once the dough has risen, divide it into 12 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a small ball, then roll them into 10-15 cm (4-6 inch) long ropes. Shape the ropes into mini pretzels.

    In a large pot, bring water to a boil, then add 1 tablespoon of baking soda. Cook the pretzels in this water for 1-2 minutes, then remove them and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    Sprinkle the mini pretzels with coarse salt, then bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
