Brew the green tea in 500 ml of hot water, then let it cool to room temperature.
While the tea is cooling, wash the fresh mint and finely chop it.
Once the tea has reached room temperature, add the elderflower syrup and chopped mint.
Squeeze the juice from the lemon and stir it into the tea. The lemon's freshness enhances the flavors.
Add ice cubes to chill the drink well.
Pour into glasses, garnish with fresh mint and a slice of lemon.
The drink is ready to serve immediately, but if you prefer it colder, refrigerate for an hour.
