Gently warm the apple cider in a medium saucepan over low heat.
Add the orange juice, lemon juice, and honey. Stir well to ensure the flavors are well combined.
Add the fresh mint leaves and let them steep for about 5 minutes to infuse the cider with their flavor.
Add the orange and lemon slices to the cider, and warm for another 2-3 minutes.
Strain the cider to remove the mint leaves and fruit pieces, then divide it among glasses.
Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with fresh mint leaves for an elegant presentation.
