Thoroughly wash the lime, cut it in half, squeeze out the juice, and set aside.
Place the fresh mint leaves in a glass or pitcher and gently muddle them with a spoon or pestle to release their aroma.
Pour in the coconut water and lime juice, then mix well.
Add a tablespoon of honey and stir until completely dissolved.
Fill the glasses with ice cubes, then pour the prepared drink over the ice. Stir gently once more.
Garnish with lime wedges and fresh mint leaves, and serve immediately.
