Boil 500 ml of water, then let it cool slightly (to about 80°C/176°F) to prevent burning the green tea.
Place the green tea bags in a heat-resistant pitcher, then pour the warm water over them. Let it steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.
Remove the tea bags and stir in the honey until completely dissolved.
Add the fresh mint leaves and let it steep for a few more minutes to allow the flavor to infuse.
Stir in the freshly squeezed lemon juice, which adds a refreshing and pleasantly tart note to the drink.
You can enjoy it warm, or if you prefer iced tea, let it cool, then add ice cubes and serve chilled.
