Bring 500 ml of water to a boil in a saucepan, then let it cool slightly (to about 176°F/80°C) to prevent scorching the green tea.
Add the green tea bag and let it steep for 3-5 minutes, then remove.
Add the fresh mint leaves and let it sit for another 2 minutes.
Pour in the freshly squeezed lemon juice, add a tablespoon of honey, and stir well.
Pour into glasses, then garnish with lemon slices and extra mint leaves.
Serve immediately, or if you prefer it cold, refrigerate and add ice cubes.
