    Preparation Steps

    1

Slice the chicken breast and beef into thin strips. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, and spice mix. Marinate for at least 1 hour.

    2

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the beef for 8-10 minutes, then remove it. Cook the chicken separately for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown.

    3

Meanwhile, prepare the tzatziki sauce: grate the cucumber, squeeze out the excess liquid, then mix it with the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and pepper.

    4

Slice the tomatoes and red onion into thin rounds.

    5

Warm the pita bread in a skillet or oven until slightly crispy.

    6

Place the cooked beef and chicken mixture into the warm pitas, then top with fresh tomatoes, onions, and a generous dollop of tzatziki sauce.

    7

Fold the pita and serve immediately, optionally drizzled with olive oil.
