Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Finely chop the onion, garlic, and parsley.
In a large bowl, combine the ground moose meat, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, garlic, eggs, milk, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Thoroughly mix the ingredients until everything is evenly distributed.
Grease a loaf pan with olive oil. Transfer the meat mixture into the prepared pan and shape it into a loaf.
Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Serve the sliced moose meatloaf with fresh vegetables, mashed potatoes, or rice.
