Preheat your oven to 500°F (250°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet on the middle rack to preheat.
Stretch the pizza dough very thinly, about 1/4 inch (0.5 cm) thick, and place it on a sheet of parchment paper.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with dried oregano and a little garlic powder.
Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
Drizzle with a little olive oil, then carefully slide the pizza onto the hot pizza stone or baking sheet.
Bake the pizza for 8-12 minutes, or until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Let the pizza rest for 2-3 minutes before slicing into large, triangular slices. Serve immediately.
