Prepare the ingredients. Melt the butter. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the granulated sugar and vanilla sugar until light and frothy.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
Add the whisked eggs, melted butter, milk, and melted dark chocolate to the dry ingredients. Mix well until you have a smooth batter.
Grease and flour a Bundt cake pan, then pour in the batter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 40-45 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown.
Once baked, test for doneness with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
Let it cool slightly in the pan before inverting it onto a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
